Happy Sunday! It’s been WAY TOO LONG since my last post so I thought I’d squeeze one in this morning before heading out for the day. Things got a bit hectic with the start of school and the new germs coming in to our house, that the majority of my family, including myself, was sick last week! We are on the mends now and should all be fine within the next couple of days. ANYWAYS, in the midst of all of this, I DID complete CIZE!! I finished the program just over a week ago and since everyone was sick, I haven’t had a chance to blog about it! So, let me give you a short idea of what exactly is involved with the final two weeks.

I of course incorporate Shakeology in to my daily routine. Sick or not, this is ALWAYS a must! I know that I am getting my daily dose of nutrients in, as well as getting that natural energy to get through the day. I love that I have something this convenient and delicious to enjoy on a daily basis. It truly is the healthiest meal of the day!
So, what’s next for me?! Well, since finishing up Cize, I got a bit off track! Once we all got sick appetites were a bit lost and my plan wasn’t exactly followed. So, I am starting FRESH this week! Since I took a break from weights, I’m adding them back in! I have decided to do a hybrid of the 21 Day Fix Extreme workouts as well as PiYO! These are two of my favorite programs and they compliment each other nicely.
