Have you heard the news yet? Shaun T is launching 7 BRAND NEW WORKOUTS and I am personally PUMPED UP about that! If you are familiar with Insanity, Insanity Max 30, Focus T25, or Cize then you probably know who Shaun T is. If you don’t, you are MISSING OUT! He has developed some unbelievably AMAZING home workouts that have been transforming lives around the world!
It’s been a little while since Shaun T has released anything and NOW is the time! AND, you can access his new workouts FOR FREE!
Shaun Week is a 7-day full body boot camp to motivate you to focus like you’ve never focused before. Don’t be scared or feel like you can’t handle it though, there is a modifier in each workout! The workouts are Insanity and Focus T25- inspired meaning there is going to be cardio, strength conditioning, abs/core and of course, a lot of sweat! Each morning you will see a new workout and they are all 25-40 minutes in length.
And to sweeten this feature, it won’t stop at the end of 7 days. There is a lot more in store for you so you definitely will not be disappointed!
When is this happening and what are the details?
Every day from June 12th thru the 18th on Beachbody on Demand, a new Shaun T workout will be uploaded. Not a Beachbody on Demand member? No problem! You can sign up as a BOD member through me as your Coach! You have 4 options when signing up.
- You can keep it 100% free by signing up for a 14 day trial period. If you are choosing this option you will need to wait until June 6th or so to sign up in order to ensure the 14 days fall within Shaun Week.
- You can become a paying Beachbody on Demand member by choosing a quarterly, six month, or yearly membership.
- You can take advantage of the June promotion by getting a one year membership of BOD along with a month supply of Shakeology.
- You can take advantage of another June promotion by getting a one year membership of BOD along with Energize and Recover (performance line products)
