- All bootcamp challengers must commit to replacing a meal OR snack with a dense superfood shake. Please do not confuse this with a protein shake. While Shakeology does contain protein, comparing it to a regular protein shake is like comparing apples to oranges. They are completely different! Shakeology is made from quality ingredients: superfoods, vitamins, probiotics, antioxidants, to name a few, and is equivalent to having 6 salads worth of nutrients – except it doesn’t taste like salad 😉 For me, drinking Shakeology lets me know that my nutrition is on point and that I am getting my daily dose of nutrients. And if your life is anything like mine – SUPER BUSY – then I can assure you it will fit perfectly into your lifestyle! Being able to blend up a shake that’s super delicious, gives me energy, and keeps me full for about 2 1/2 – 3 hours is GREAT to have, particularly during my crazy morning hours while getting my kids ready and off to school. While I feel that Shakeology is an important part of my lifestyle, you can choose to continue on with it (or not) once the group is over.
My Expectations from you:
Each day, you can expect me to SHOW UP within our daily accountability group. I will post daily in the form of motivation, videos, meal plans, tips / tricks to help you stay on track, recipes, snack ideas, and even my personal workouts! You will feel the sense of community and most likely end the group with more confidence, fabulous results, and even new friendships! In order to get the most out of the group, you can’t be a fly on the wall! YOU also need to show up and participate! I can’t tell you how many times women (including me) in my groups have felt like throwing in the towel for the day, but then see all of the accountability pictures and comments from the other women in the group. It’s encouraging and inspiring!
For the first 5 women who join my Skinny Jeans bootcamp, I am giving away these super cute Erin Condren Wellness Logs! The process of meal planning can be tedious but having this cute planner to keep you organized greatly helps!
