Every month as I kick off my 30 day virtual accountability groups, I’ve got a great group of women who are committed to making a healthy lifestyle change. With that, comes another group who say things to me like: “I don’t feel like I can fully commit”
“I don’t want to make the financial investment right now.”
“I’m afraid I won’t like the workouts.”
“I’m not sure if I will like Shakeology.”
Honestly, I could go on and on with this list! And you know what? I GET IT! I was a bit skeptical at first too, but am certainly glad I made a bit of an impulse decision to just go for it over 4 years ago. Not everyone is quite ready to make that commitment though and I fully respect that. So now, I’ve got something AMAZING to offer to all of those who just aren’t ready to fully commit.
Brand new Beachbody Super Trainer, Megan Davies, has developed a 7 day total fitness and nutrition plan that will take you step-by-step through the basics of healthy living. This program includes recipes and instructions for planning your meals for the week, a week supply of Shakeology, and workouts that include cadio, strength, core function, and flexibility. It is designed to show you how easy it is to make healthy choices, and to give you the confidence to continue and take the next step of creating new habits. With simple routines and basic planning, Clean Week will help you prove to yourself that you DO have what it takes to live a healthy life and accomplish those goals.
The Workouts (FREE ACCESS!):
There are 4 total workouts in this program: Active Flex, Strength, Core Function, and Cardio. They range from 23 to 35 minutes and all you need is a set of dumbbells. These workouts will be available for FREE on Beachbody on Demand. You do NOT need to be an On Demand member to access them. You will be able to access the workouts and the Quick Start Guide. The nutritional component does need to be purchased separately. These are basic workouts so there will be a modifier to INTENSIFY the moves for when or if you are ready to do so.
The Nutrition Plan:
The nutrition plan will be available for purchase and also to anyone who is a Beachbody on Demand member. There will be step-by-step instructions to help you meal plan, along with a sample 7 day supply of Shakeology. Shakeology is a nutritional shake that is packed with nutrients, vitamins, and superfoods that you need in order to increase your energy, curb your cravings, boost your immunity, and more! You will have the option to purchase the regular Shakeology kit which includes 2 packets of chocolate, 2 packets of vanilla, 2 packets of cafe latte, and 1 packet of strawberry, OR the Vegan kit which includes 2 packets of Vegan Chocolate, 2 packets of Vegan Vanilla, 2 packets of Vegan Cafe Latte, and 1 Vegan Tropical Strawberry. This is a great way to try Shakeology out without committing to a full one month supply!
What support can you get on this journey?
I am personally running a private Clean Week Support Group from October 9th-October 22nd. Yes, that is 14 days! We are actually going to begin a planning and prep week on October 9th, and then implement everything on Monday, October 16th. Why? Because I feel very strongly that it is important to make sure you are planned out BEFORE you begin. This will simply help to optimize your success! Throughout the duration of the group I will not only be providing you tips, but also support, motivation, accountability, and everything else you need to help you succeed!
