In June of 2013 I decided to make a change. I thought I was taking a healthy approach to “healthy living” but looking back, I wasn’t even close. I was so focused on those zero fat, low sugar, zero calorie meals, combined with easy processed dinners. I really didn’t understand anything beyond a nutrition label aside from the Fat, Calories, Sugar, and Sodium and quite honestly, I didn’t care. I would go in to those bouts of exercising but after a week or two of no results, I’d give up. It was always around mid-February every single year that my New Year Resolution of losing weight and being “healthy” was thrown out the window. When I started chatting with who is now my personal health and fitness Coach, I realized I had it all wrong. It wasn’t until then that I realized how clueless I was!
And so….I decided it was time for a change. I went all in with joining an online accountability group where I met other moms just like me struggling to lose weight, be healthy, and simply find the time as a mom of daughters under 3.
One thing that I have had ZERO regrets on is making the investment into my personal health. It has made me a better and more patient mom, a better wife, and a more confident, happier version of ME. Oh, and I actually have the ENERGY to keep up with the kiddos! ❤️
I love being able to share with other busy moms my tips, motivation, accountability, and full support in to helping them get on the track to a healthier, more energetic life. ❤️
Gone are the days where I felt like I was running on empty by 2:00pm.

So how does this work?
On Monday, February 19th I am kicking off what I like to call “prep week.” During this week everyone introduces themselves, sets realistic goals, takes measurements, and then I spend several days talking about and helping with the meal planning process. We all “meet” in a virtual group and will spend an additional 3 weeks with each (after prep week) where I provide daily support, motivation, and accountability in reaching your goals. In addition, we all choose a Beachbody home fitness program to complete (which I assist with) and incorporate a nutritional shake, Shakeology as one of the five or six meals per day. When the group is over, you have the option to continue on or stop…..no pressure on my part!
