Once I hit my 30’s, my weight became much hard to control, especially after having two children within a couple of years. I’ve never
really stuck with a fitness program before.
After having my second daughter in November 2011, I decided to give
Insanity a try. While on my maternity leave,
I was up every morning completing an Insanity workout. After the first 30 days I lost 5 pounds. I was really disappointed because I felt like
I was working my butt off exercising!
So, once the break week came, I never went back to it! I went back to work, the workouts became
longer, and I just didn’t have the time to fit it all in. A few months later, I decided to look more
into other fitness programs and decided on Brazil Butt Lift. I purchased it and was really excited to get
started! Although the workouts were shorter,
I just didn’t see the results I was looking for. I couldn’t figure out why and ended up giving
up on all of it!

try. So I tossed the idea around for
several weeks and then finally decided to join a Summer Slim Down Challenge
Group in June 2013. I chose to sign up
as a discount coach under my friend at that time. As a teacher, motivating and helping others
has always been something fulfilling to me, so I wanted to get an inside look
at what Beachbody coaching was all about. In the meantime the challenge group started
and I began with the Turbo Fire fitness program, replacing one meal a day with Shakeology,
and clean eating.
The challenge group helped me learn how to eat clean, make time

I was against all of those “shake” drinks for a meal and thought people
were crazy for drinking a meal! Boy was
I wrong! I couldn’t be happier with my
meal replacement and owe Shakeology for giving me the energy and nutrition that
I need to keep up with my girls! I
finally figured out why the Insanity and Brazil Butt Lift results weren’t
happening. It was my eating! What I thought was “healthy” really wasn’t. I
used to eat a flavored yogurt and big baggy of grapes for lunch every day and
didn’t think about all of the sugar I was consuming!
